Today I’m taking a break from product features and healthy living tips, because some days you have to cut loose! I’ve mentioned that stress can age your skin. It can also age your body and generally harm your health. If your skincare, exercise, diet, or any other lifestyle routine can’t bend or be put aside for a short vacation it will inevitably lead to stress.
